Use various levels of technology with the focus to expose students to different formats of learning.
Challenge students to develop creative ways of approaching the learning environment.
Motivate students to reach maximum potential by developing critical thinking skills applicable to all aspects of their lives.
Encourage team leadership in didactic and clinical situations by providing students with both leader and follower roles.
